Anna Iskikian’s experience includes representing large corporations, small businesses, and individuals in high-stakes litigation in federal and state court. Ms. Iskikian has represented companies in a variety of industries, including tech, pharmaceutical, retail, and non-profit. In addition to her work on federal and state court litigation, Ms. Iskikian has also lent her investigative, legal research, and drafting skills to intellectual property enforcement matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Beyond her litigation work, Ms. Iskikian also has experience with trademark prosecution, government investigations, and corporate diligence.

Ms. Iskikian graduated from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and served as the Executive Notes Editor of the Columbia Journal of Law and Social Problems. Her note, The Sentencing Judge’s Role in Safeguarding the Parental Rights of Incarcerated Individuals, was published in the journal, 53 Colum. J. L. & Soc. Probs. 133 (2019). Ms. Iskikian also acted as a research assistant aiding Professor Jane Ginsburg in scholarship surrounding the history of photography as copyrightable subject matter.  She served as Judicial Extern for the Honorable Stephen V. Wilson of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and interned at the Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts in New York City. After graduating from law school, Ms. Iskikian began her career at Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLP as a complex commercial litigator.
