Michael Cilento focuses his practice on commercial, intellectual property, and tech-related litigation, handling cases from inception to resolution in both state and federal court, as well as representing clients in UDRP proceedings and other domain name disputes. Mr. Cilento also advises clients on the implementation of blockchain-related technology, including creating the legal frameworks for autonomous, self-executing smart contracts.

Prior to joining Lewis & Lin, Mr. Cilento worked as an associate for a boutique Manhattan-based law firm, focusing on complex and commercial litigation. Prior to that, he worked in the Criminal Defense Practice of The Bronx Defenders, and during law school as an in-house law clerk for a boutique advertising agency.

Mr. Cilento graduated from New York University School of Law, where he was a three-year Dean’s Scholar.
