Rachel Ann Niedzwiadek graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law with High Honors, where she was the Executive Editor of UNC’s First Amendment Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif.

During law school she was an inaugural member of UNC’s Institute for Innovation, where she provided legal advice for entrepreneurial small businesses with a focus on developing and defending trademark and copyright portfolios.

Following law school, Ms. Niedzwiadek served as a law clerk to the Hon. Robert Okun of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. In her spare time, Ms. Niedzwiadek enjoys reading, jigsaw puzzles, learning new cooking skills, and sewing her own clothes.
